Analog Door Phone/Hotline Phones

I am currently building a phone system with a mix of VoIP Yealink phones and legacy analog phones and door speakers. The door speakers need to be setup so that when they are picked up they automatically dial a specific extension (say 200 for example). I was planning on using the phones currently in place, which are old football analog phones. I have also looked at replacing those with the Bogen analog door phone, which has a push button and speaker instead of a handset. I will be using the Patton SN4332 to integrate the analog side with the VoIP side. My question is, does 3CX and the SN4332 support this type of hotline door phone and what is the implementation for it?

I've been barking up that tree for a bit now. Been trying to integrate an fxo gateway with my ancient valcom door buzzers, but can't quite figure out the nuances. I'm using an unsupported grandstream Ht813 through an sbc, so it may simply be too far out of reach to play nice.

So most any ATA should work. You'd have to do extra configuration in the ATA itself via the web interface to set the off-hook autodial.

So I could connect my door phones through like the Cisco SPA112 and then configure the SPA112 to set the off-hook autodial? That seems pretty simple.

I could then just use my SN4332 to integrate the remaining analog phones that are not door phones.

Exactly. We used a Bogen analog door phone with a HT502 for 6 years. You basically just need to set off-hook autodial and then set other parameters (if available in the ATA or door phone) as far as how long to let the call last.

Dialplan should just be (S0<200>), to hotdial extension 200

On the subject of the SN4332 channel bank - this is not a supported gateway with 3CX but there are pre-written templates from Patton (I can provide if you cannot find them) available.

I would not try and configure it manually when you can save yourself a lot of time with a template.

Do you have those templates? I am having trouble tracking them down. I am using the SN4316

I've used a Grandstream HT801 for an analogue phone where I just wanted to be able to "press 0 to speak to reception". The HT801 also has the off-hook auto dial function.
