I’m sharing an problem encountered today. The 3CX soft client isn’t stable. Observed two peculiar behaviors:
  1. Current call disconnects if a secondary call lands.
  2. Call controls are not available on screen when a call is picked up.
  3. call also, on its own, goes to speakerphone, post pick up

Hello @Mani-cal4care

Current call disconnects if a secondary call lands.
Are you experiencing this if a GSM call arrives or a second call to the client?

Call controls are not available on screen when a call is picked up.
Can you explain the scenario and send a screenshot so we can understand the issue?

call also, on its own, goes to speakerphone, post pick up
when you pick a call up and place it on you ear does the screen go black? I would assume the speaker button is pressed accidentally while you are on the phone.

What device(brand, model) are you using?

Hello @Mani-cal4care,

- On the Video I cannot see any problem comes from the 3CXClient. Run a wireshark capture on your PBX server and see what is actually happening.

- Regarding secondary call, can you also make a short video as I am not able to understand the issue here? Also, make sure that you have enabled "Accept multiple calls" for the specific extension.

- For the 3rd issue, regarding call goes to speakerphone, do you have any Bluetooth device connected on your phone?

Thank you
