Android 3cx notifications not sounding V: 16.5.2

Ive seen someone talk about similar, but not quite the same, issue.

Ive noticed my cellphone gets the notifications, but I dont hear them. Ive seen them come through for chat, but no sound happens. I do get sound for other apps though. This has persisted through two app reconfigurations.

Go to your phone's Notification Settings, find the 3CX app, and see if sounds are allowed.
