I just wanted to post here some feedback related to the mobile application from a client we received. The information is related to the one-touch dialing when you're in the RECENT or STATUS tabs for any version of the mobile application for cell phones. The client said that it is problematic that clicking anywhere within the line entry immediately generates a phone call (aka the whole thing and not even only the phone icon that would prompt a call on the right-hand side) as it causes a lot of accidental dials and frustration.
He does appreciate the layout of the CONTACTS tab, where touching an entry there will open up the contact information and give you a button to call that person. Basically stating he wishes that feature of one-click dialing was restricted/removed.
