Android app rings while already in phonecall

Hi all,

I'm using a HTC One M9, latest version of Android, latest version of the app. When I am on another call (normal phone call), it's still possible for the 3CX to ring, and if I answer it, I end up talking to both people at the same time (but they can't hear each other). What's the solution to this?

Did you have a look through the 3CX Android Forum? There are a number of posts regarding the "interaction" of the 3CX client and incoming mobile calls. Updates have been released to deal with some problems, but I don't recall your specific issue happening before.

I'll have a look.

I can't possibly roll this out to my clients as is. Has anyone else had this issue?
