Hi,
Our 3CX contacts are fed from a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox contacts list.
We have two contacts listed that share the same last 6-digits of an 11 digit number. Without disclosing actual names and numbers, these are examples if the two contacts:
Jack- 07654123456
Mary - 07777123456
When a call comes in from the second contact alphabetically (Mary), the Android app (v18.1.4.211) displays the correct number, but the name for the first contact alphabetically (Jack). The 3CX call logs and system show the correct info. It's just the Android app is showing the wrong info.
It's as if the Android app is looking at the numbers in reverse and, once it's spotted the "123456" match, its then pulling the name for the first xxxx123456 number in the contacts list.
Is this a known bug or is there a workaround?
Cheers
Neil
