Android handset not ringing on incoming calls

We are using the Free 3Cx which is configured with just 2 extensions connected to 3Cx app on 2 android phones.

Most of the time the 3Cx app will ring but occasionally 1 or both handset dont ring and we receive a missed incoming call notification.

Free version is running
Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 689)

The issue is the same on both WiFi and Mobile Data connections?

Yes everything is set correctly.

Since you mentioned that you do receive the missed call this means that the PUSH is sent from the PBX.
In order to identify you might also need to check the logs from the device as per guideline. If there is no PUSH in the logs this has to be checked on your network connectivity.
