Solved Android Push

Hi all,

i followed this guide to configure push in 3cx version 15.5 but it is not wake up my 3cx client when there is an incoming call.
i need to open the app in the background to receive the call.

could anyone tell me what wrong with this?

The issue solved.
After create our own push account. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3CX adroid client and reprovision the account.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.
A new welcome email is required after every change in the Push credentials.

Deleting the Google Push and using the generic 3CX account worked. Do I need to recreate the Google Firebase Project?

You could create a new project and follow the above procedure again or you can continue using the 3CX account since it is working for you.

New Project created and this worked after re-provisioning.
