I have a client with a non-geographic number, which is piggy-backed off their main SIP trunk number. I need these calls to go straight to a voicemail.
I have set an incoming call rule with the 0800 number pointing at a mailbox of an extension.
The extension is registered
When a call comes in, although I can see in the call log it is an incoming call to the 0800 number, it is routing to the main SIP trunk route not the specific route for that number.
I have changed the incoming call rules so it is at the top but no difference.
Any ideas?
