Hi,

Is there a way to make anonymous calls using the *5 shortcut without changing the PAI?
Indeed, my SIP trunk provider requires that a hidden call have the Privacy: id in the header, but also that the P-Asserted-Identity: <sip:+*********@ims.opt.nc> be entered with a correct number and not P-Asserted-Identity: <sip:[email protected]>.

The problem is that when using the shortcut, the Privacy: ID is added correctly, but the P-Asserted-Identity is changed to anonymous.

Thank you for your help.

Yes there is but it will require you to create a custom template. You will need to export your current trunk and edit the exported template. In the PAI header replace the value with "$EnforcedOutboundCallerId".
Delete the existing trunk and navigate to Advanced--> Templates--> Provider Templates --> Import Template.
Import the edited template and test.

Hi,

Thank you for your help. This is exactly the solution I was looking for.
I didn't know how to force the OutboundCallerID.

Thank you.
