Anonymous Caller ID from Yeastar

i get Anonymous Caller ID from Yeastar TA410 to 3CX ... when i log in to Yeastar i can see the Caller ID. what should i change in Yeastar or in 3CX

thanks, i would like to solve this issue better than get GrandStream Gateway which have lot of issue to solve.

Do you mean that incoming calls show as Anonymous, on the set display? If so, you may have the Caller ID type set incorrectly, or the gateway is passing the call onto 3CX too soon, to be able to collect the information (depending on where you are located).
