I've not seen this with versions earlier than v14 - when using patton 4114 PSTN gateways, the incoming caller ID is always showing as anonymous.

I don't know if this is because:

a) v14 template for patton is different
b) this is something peculiar to this site (i.e. perhaps they don't subscribe to call display)
c) it's a v14 thing I need to set
d) I've missed or don't know about a config setting somewhere?

Incoming calls all go through an IVR.

Thanks, Les.

My first guess would be "d", or, perhaps "b", they don't subscribe to the service.

Easy enough to confirm if caller ID is being sent by using a standard display equipped phone on each line. Once you confirm that CID is indeed being sent, then check to be sure that the region settings are correct (it's looking for the correct type of CID, and that (in north America), it is waiting long enough to collect the CID info(send between first and second ring) , before notifying 3CX of the call. Start with a 3 second delay then go up or down as needed.

Read down to the end of this post about changing the number of rings.

Thank you, Leejor.

I'll give it a go.
