Answer a call form my phone when another phone is ringing.

Help!

My 3cx work very fine, but ...
... in the older analog pbx My phone never ring... but if I get a call from my phone when a external line is ringing I press the line botton...and I can answer... with 3cx no??!!
I want only answer a call from my office, when another is ringing...

Can Someone Help me?

you can use the call pick-up code *20* (commercial editions only) to pick up the call
