Under line management, other options, there is a parameter for "answer after seconds". I have set this parameter to 0, 6, 12, and 18, and regardless of the setting, 3cx only answers after 3 rings. I am using a GXP4104 as my gateway. I do know that the CLID arrives between the first and second ring and that each ring is approx 6 seconds.
Would anyone know if it is possible to have 3cx answer any sooner?
