Right to Left chat text format

There's a problem in 3cx chats. The alignment and the order of the Arabic words, English text, numbers, punctuation, and timestamps are not correct. Is there a solution for it?

Are you using the Web, Windows or Mobile apps? What versions?

The correct format that must be displayed after typing must be like this:


when I type a sentence that contains English words, the words are shown in a wrong order.

We don't support this type of text chat I am afraid, you would have to use something else for your text chat.
