Just wondering if there are any plans for the following in the 3CX Windows App:
Chat notification sound - we would prefer to use the Windows App because of ease of deployment but there is no notification sound for incoming chats. We are aware that browser chat does have a notification sound.
We are using the Chat for internal communication only at this point:
Group chats - Create somthing like "user groups" in chat that you can add / remove users - so when staff changes are made a new group chat doesn't have to be created.
Ability to select all users to send mass message to all extensions
