Any know why I can't get incoimg calls

Hi Hi,

Any know why I can't get incoimg calls - I get the following

23:14:22.531 DeviceRecord:eviceRecord :[CM305004]: Failed to find a transport to host 194.0.XXX.XXX

Note: XXX = IP address/telephone taken out by us.

i think u have to configure the port of your router or firewall

but u should give other information about the configuration of your network and of the pbx
