I came across this thread from a few years ago where users raised concerns about renewal reminders being sent to all client app users via the 3CX system chat.
At the time, it was explained that reminders are sent 30 and 10 days before expiry to both partners and end users, and that assigning the license key to a partner or renewing early could help mitigate this. These reminders can cause confusion for end users and potentially interfere with the direct relationship we maintain with our clients.
I’m wondering if there have been any updates or changes to how these notifications are handled in more recent versions of 3CX. Specifically:

- Is there now a way to disable or limit renewal reminders so they are only sent to administrators or partners?
- Are there any new settings or best practices for hosted environments to manage this more cleanly?
