Hello, I'm on my first CFD attempt, so I apologize in advance if I won't use the right terminology.

CFD aim: redirect calls from balcklisted numbers to sales manager instead of technical support.
Using the schema below, the db check & validation part works perfectly, call is diverted to sales manager: but we need a way to notify her that the caller (session.ani) is blacklisted, so she can go through the correct steps.
Unfortunately it seems impossible to play a message on sales phone before she gets connected to caller, what other options can we consider?
Sending an email is not really an option because it would definitely be read afterwards in most cases; using 3CX chat could be a better option but it seems like there's no support in CFD.
Other things we considered: change session.ani to add som neutral chars in format (+41123123## or something), but that also seems impossible.
Change receiver's ringtone to play a special sound?
Any other good idea?
Thanks,

Rather than send it to the Sales Managers extension directly, send it through a ring group which only has the sales manager in it, with the name "Blacklisted Callers" or something similar.

Keep it nice and simple and the sales manager wouldnt need to do anything other than look at their phone or client, take a deep breath, and answer the phone.

This is the easier answer, and most reliable.

I agree with @NicholasP_3CX and @ConceptsWeb that this is the easiest solution. If you need to pass additional information to the Sales Manager, like a reason why this number was black listed, then you can use the approach described here to attach information to the call. This information will be shown by the Web Client when receiving the call.

Thanks @NicholasP_3CX for your suggestion. apparently the answer was right under my eyes but I was just looking around; I tested it and it achieves the desired outcome perfectly.
Cheers,
