Anyone just get the price change email? I'm very confused.

I've been purchasing pro licenses for my customers, mostly 4SC for the $188 but some 8SC.

My main need here is BLFs which standard didn't offer before.

I'm looking at the edition comparison and it appears that BLF is now in the Standard license.

Anyone know of a comprehensive list of what's changed? I don't know if this matrix is old or new:

The Pro pricing shot up dramatically for a 4 channel license, but reduced for an 8 channel.

Im wondering the same question. All other prices dropped but the 4SC. Probably to force you to upsell the difference to a 8SC.

When are these changes happening? I've got a few leads and have quoted customers based on £188 4SC Pro.

Basically Std edition is losing Queues, Call Recording, Reporting, Bridges and 365 Integration. But is free indefinately.

BLF always worked in standard version, not the free version I believed.

With Pro license you are able to configure them via the 3CX Client.

I have also received the price e-mail and am very surprised because of the 4SC. Have directly written an email to [email protected] and asked for the reason of the price increase.

This is an odd move IMO. This will actually push me to put people on the free license instead of buying the pro license :/

My business model has the old price of the 4SC PRO and it works well.

Thank you for your request. This is so intentional, since the expenditure for the 4SC, at administration (internationally) turned out to be higher. In the national markets it is a little different, but since we have internationally uniform prices, this (for the 4SC) was raised.

That exactly what I'm thinking. For $250/y, I can probably work around queues. It's actually anti-marketing. You want queues? Sure, extra $250. A lot of people will figure out how to deal with ring groups :/

Everything else looks good, except the 4SC Pro price increase.

And now comes soon that we use currency differences to find the best price. 250 $ ~ 221 € instead of 250 €. Especially small companies look at every euro.

looks like 3CX listen to their customers. They’ve amended the prices now to something more reasonable. Thank you 3CX.

Looks like they just reverted back to the old pricing.

These are not the old prices. Only currency conversion was considered. Yesterday 4SC PRO = 250 € (250 $). Today 4SC PRO = 219 € (219 $ ~ 250 €).
