Anyone know a good text to speach Program?

I have been looking at the free demo over at ATT but it is just to limited.

We need to be able to put good quality prompts together for clients until they get a voice model (and no, my voice and the other voices here are not exactly the type of voice you want answering your phone :lol: ).

Anyone using a good text to speach program that they would like to reccomend? Also any voice packages as well?
