Anyone know how to get 3cx live chat working on google sites?

I have used the embed insert thing but all I get is a light version of a chat icon and a cross icon when I hover over it. can anyone help? Also would you know how to enable chat even when not available because we don't really have business hours (its more just online business) and when using live chat it says "we are closed." any help with that too would be very greatful.

Live chat works best on websites built with WordPress. SMB should also work with platforms like Drupal, Joomla, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and Weebly. You could try setting it up on a free WordPress site to see if it behaves as expected. Google Sites are possibly configured differently, so getting it working there may not be straightforward.
