Anyone used the "3CX Instance Manager - Manage Multiple 3CX Installs"

Hello,

Did anyone try out the "3CX Instance Manager - Manage Multiple 3CX Installs" option available in the v16 alpha 2 ?

If so, I wanted to know what all are possible using this option? or how good is it?

Can we really monitor multiple 3cx instances using this tool?
And is it only for instances that are hosted on Linux or is it available for instance hosted in Windows too?

You can read more about this in the Alpha 2 release notes until the full documentation arrives. The summary is you can link multiple Debian instances to a reseller account so you can monitor them and perform various actions remotely.

Is this feature not available on 3cx hosted instances?
I have just created a 3cx hosted instance to test it out, but it seems that the function isnt available in this one.
From what I understood, the instance that is used to monitor and the one's that are to be monitored has to be on hosted on Linux. Is that the way it is?
When will Windows instances be supported?

This feature is not available on free 3CX hosted instances as they need to be monitored by us.

To be able to monitor a PBX you need to be a reseller and have the monitored PBX has to be linked to your account. You can then monitor an Instance through your partner portal. Only Debian installations can be monitored.

When will Windows instances be supported?

I am not aware if or when if windows instances will be supported for this.
