API MakeCall2 parameters

I haved searched the internet and this forum. I have seen people ask for these, but no mention anywhere of what they are.

Does anyone have a list of the "Param Names" that can be used as the additional arguments on the MakeCall2 command in the 3CX API?
I can't even get a basic call to work because I don't know what the "Param Name" is to even put in the destination #.

For example:
MakeCall2 {source ext} destination={number}

This does not work.

That version of PBXConnection.MakeCall method is reserved for future use.
