API or AI integration - HELP

Hi,

I have 3CX for my business and would like to connect it through Make.com so I can integrate with other software, I am aiming to do the following.

- Transcribe calls and save into ZOHO - ideally through fireflies.ai
- Log calls in ZOHO

Can anyone help me with the best way to achieve this?

It seems like other VOIP services like dialpad or aircall have great integrations - is this something 3cx are looking at doing? Or are there work arounds?

You can already log calls into Zoho using the CRM integration. 3CX doesn't have a public API that can be used for any of this. So, make.com won't work. Zappier either.

As for transcribing, this isn't available directly in 3CX. You will need a custom addons for this. It's also pretty expensive usually since recordings can be huge.

Also, StartUP doesn't support any of this.

Of course, if you're looking for something free, you won't find a lot.

You can always buy a Pro 4SC license and have the full 3CX dedicated system, and not the very limited StartUP.

Then, you'd have more options for integrations.
