I'd really like to be able to create scheduled meetings with an API call.
When someone books a meeting in our CRM I'd like to trigger creating a scheduled meeting, and then emailing it out to the client, and save the meeting URL in our CRM software so the staff can click on it when it's time to start the meeting.
I had a look at the calls made to MPWebService.asmx , it seems the data exchanged is a simple struct. Could I have the layout for the struct?
Also is there some way of knowing when someone connects to the meeting? I'd like to mark them as "arrived" in our appointment book so we know they're waiting.
I am aware that we can email out clients the click2meet URL for each staff member, however I'd prefer to create a single meeting per client so it's a one-shot thing, and then delete it afterwards.
