App no longer shows who other agents are on a call with

The PWA web app would previously show the contact name or phone number other agents were on the phone with in the Team view. This was really handy.
And it's gone in V20. It just shows the agent as Busy.
Is there a setting somewhere that I haven't found yet to re-enable this? Or is it something coming back in a future update?

Another V20 'downgrade'.... I've been through all the options for 'Departments' and rights - but can't find a way of switching this feature back on.

A number of clients use this feature heavily on v18 --- is it gone for good? A bug?

Not loving my V20 experience so far... Feels 'unfinished'.
