Has anyone else seen these?

This is a WinSrv2003 x64 box, with only 3CX installed.

Hi,

You might have already figured this out but the problem is not to do with 3CX, but rather the .Net installation on your server.

The IIS pool is crashing with the error:
Reporting queued error: faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.4480, fault address 0x000000000000dd50.

This is a known problem with .Net and IIS.

Not certain what version of .Net you are running but you could try uninstalling / reinstalling or upgrading to 3.5.

Hope this helps.

You can also try to check the webpage that you are running on IIS.

It has something to do with the worker process.

This is a fresh install of 2003R2, that was completely updated. The only app installed on it is 3CX.
Thanks for the tip. I'll try reinstalling .NET.

Well I had 8.0.10116.583 of 3CX, but I upgraded to 8.0.10824.716.
That seems to have fixed all of the issues I was having.
Event Logs are nice and clean now. Also, it seems to have fixed the fax server.
