We are currently configuring a complex set-up on 3CX and the following setting under an extension's forwarding rules seems to have been taken out since the new update? "Apply these office hours even if it's a global holiday"
I understand these settings have now been migrated to the web client (don't totally understand why) however, this setting has now been taken out on both the 3CX management console and web client.
We urgently need to set an extension to ignore a holiday rules as this is the only way we can achieve the set-up we require.
