Ascom I63

Goodmorning everyone.
Due to circumstances that I would have liked to avoid, I cannot use dect systems and I must necessarily rely on WiFi systems; they gave me an Ascom I63 but I can't find the key to the problem.
I can set up the WiFi connection but I can't figure out how to set it up to authenticate on 3CX.
Anyone use it and can give me a cue? For programming the Ascom phone I use WinPDM.

Hi Simone,

You could try manually configuring it, but no guarantees. Some tips for the setup:


User: extension number
Pass: extension password
Auth ID: extension AuthID
Server / Proxy: your PBX IP
Port: your PBX port, usually 5060 unless you changed it

thanks for the reply, I have that information, the problem is where to put it
it looks simple but it doesn't work

Unfortunately this is not a supported device so we cannot provide assistance, but you can ask the manufacturer for help or study their manual.

I did notice however from your screenshot, that you did not use the Authentication ID, you might want to give that a try
