Sorry I don't know much about all these but what is the difference between providers and phone system? and 3CX don't have what I asked for right? are these providers in the link you sent from 3CX or 3CX only recommended them?

If you don't know the difference between PBX and provider/trunk, you should probably find someone to do this for you. Researching this can be complex for your specific needs.

Those providers at that link are those that have been tested and are supported on 3CX. You can still use generic providers on self-hosted systems, but those won't be supported by 3CX. You'll have to figure it out yourself.
