If I may, I would like to propose a [STICKY] for guidelines in asking for help.

I've noticed that there are a lot of repetitive requests for help topics that have been covered multiple times or could simply be answered by investing a bit of time into the administration manual (which should be done PRIOR to deploying a production system...) or a google search.

Something like this:

3CX is an amazing but complex UC solution that can be tricky to navigate unless you are prepared to invest some time into learning. This is the reason that there is the 3CX Academy, and other preparation resources like the Admin Manual. There is also a search fuction built right into the user-supported community forums too (the little magnifying glass in the top right with the "Search" text box next to it).

Trying these resources before asking "I need help installing!" will likely get you the answer you need faster than waiting for a community response. When you are having trouble with your installation or simply need help to better understand one of the many nuances of your 3CX installation, that's where the community really shines.

Feel free to comment / add your ideas to this.
