Assign Extension to Group via Import CSV

Hey all,

I'm looking to figure out a way to bulk import an extension I'm creating to groups (and hopefully set User / Manager as well). I have about 170 groups and an extension that needs to be set as a Manager in all those groups. I can do it manually, but I'd prefer to set up a process that does the bulk of the work for me in the event that I have to do it in the future.

This would also apply to adding someone as a queue manager for all queues (even if I must specify queue #, etc..., it would save time to do it via CSV upload).

Extension Group membership information and Call Queue membership information is not included in the extension export .csv file, so naturally it will not carry over when you use it to import. There is currently no way of manually including the mentioned information either.
