Assign user pictures in Admin or Management Console

With Update 8 removing the SrvcAccessPwd data from the extensions export list, the ability for PBX administrators and implementers to assign user pictures/photos to extensions has become more difficult. Please add the ability to administratively assign user pictures/photos in the admin or management consoles. Thanks!
