Asterisk-IM, add new phone server but offline

Hi everyone,

I really need your help. Whole day looking at this but I can't figure out what's wrong.

I installed based on this tutorial http://blog.csdn.net/leo_wanta/article/details/6980982

Everything okay until adding a new server, but my server is always grey icon. It won't go online.

I checked the /opt/openfire/logs/error.log, it doesn't show very updated errors, not sure this is the right log to refer. The last I could see is this:-

error connecting to elastix phone server
unable to login...


my Asterisk-IM's phone server settings as follow:-

note: my elastix server is online, it works by calling. So i doubt my elastix is down or something.

servername: elastix (tried to put IP here too, same issue)
server address: 127.0.0.1 (tried localhost, 192.168.1.2 but not working)
port: 5038
username: admin (believe this is standard)
password: elastix456 (as per the tutorial, I tried the secret password from manager.conf too, still fail)

Note: my openfire and elastix are in the same box

Wonder what's wrong? Any help from the forum? Thanks.
