Attended call Transfer from panel

Dear Community,
Many clients complain about the transfer call from the dial pad, which made the search not very user friendly when you have hundreds of contacts and you have to scroll to find the right one :



We tried to use the Transfer from the Panel, which shows a very long list, much more comfortable to search and click :



How to make the Transfer Attended from here? it was possible to choose the default Transfer method from the old v16 app, but it does not seems to be the case here ?

If you use the Transfer from the panel, it's a blind transfer and you cannot change that.

For attended, you have to use the dialer/Webclient.

Is there any external tool like @VoIPTools to enhance the attended transfers for receptionists that handle and transfer hundreds of calls per day?

Maybe try the old Windows app? The switchboard on there can do drag&drop transfers (blind still), maybe that can help receptionists.

The old Windows app do supports attended transfer form the panel!
That's the point, prepare the replacement of the old Windows app knowing that it will be more and more difficult to use it with U8 !
New Desktop App is great but still does not have all the functionalities of the good old one...

Agreed, the old one had some neat features. Some will come to the new app but not everything I expect.
