There are already a few topics about this problem, but I can't seem to find any solution. So I'm posting another topic about this, hoping that there is a solution.

We're a new 3CX user (only since a few weeks). We're running version 15.5.15502 (free version) and have 6 Fanvil 4XG phones connected. As far as I can tell they are all provisioned with the latest provisioning template from 3CX.
The problem is: When we're doing an attended transfer from ext 1 to ext 2, the transfer succeeds, but the display of the ext 2 (to which the call is transferred) doesn't get updated with the caller ID of the original caller. Instead the caller ID of ext 1 remains in the display. Blind tranfers do work correctly. The caller ID in the display of ext 2 is updated immediately.

We've seen this working correct on occasion, but 99% of the time it doesn't.
At first we were running the latest supported firmware on all phones, version 2.8.0.6251. After a while I tried installing 2.10.0.6586 on 2 phones. Those two phones still work ok, but the attended transfer problem remains, unfortunately.

Can somebody point us in the right direction so we can solve this problem? Could for example upgrading to v16 help?

Another issue, allthough very minor compared to the attended transfer problem, is that the BLF's (green / red busy lights) are not very stable. Often 1 or more lights are not lit, allthough they should be green. Lights are switching from green to off in 10 sec intervals for some extensions. Also for this problem we can't seem to find a solution on this forum.

Thanks,

Ike.

Thanks. Yes, I read that thread. I've tried the various suggestions (upgrading anvil firmware, downgrading fanvil firmware, updating provisioning template), but no success.

I'll happily upgrade to v16 if that will solve the problem. Can anyone confirm that it will?

you need to try downgrading firmware in accordance to V15.5 and also use in same time templates 3cx supported for V15.5.

if you do only part of the work or do a mix you can't have a result

I did. All phones were running firmware 6215, which is the latest supported firmware version for v15.5. A new provisioning template for fanvil was published by 3CX, which has been installed and effectuated on all phones. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem.
A few days ago I tried upgrading firmware to the latest Fanvil version, which is not yet supported by v15.5, on 2 of the 6 phones. Just to see if it would help. It didn't.
