Solved Attended transfer by default

Hello

In all our extensions, in Phone Provisioning / Select transfer method used (Blind or Attended) when you press a DSS key, we have "Attended" that is selected. (the other option is Blind Transfer)

I was hoping that by doing that, as soon as we press a BLF key, it will trigger an Attended transfer.
But it triggers a Blind transfer, each time.

Is this a bug or did I understand incorrectly the option?

You understood correctly, but please reprovision the phone to apply the change.

Just reprovisionned the phones using the reprovision button, but same behavior
When you say reprovision, you mean factory reset the phone and then reprevision it?

No, factory reset is not needed

OK after rebooting the phones it's working
(I've also forced to change the phones from French to English, to see it the re-provisioning was working and it was)
