A customer uses the webclient and jabra headset with the chromehost to get full support of the headset. If they get a call and do a attendet transfer and handle over the call to another extension on the webclient the call has been ended, but on the jabra headset the call is still active, but as soon as the call has ended on the webclient extension the red button to hang-up disappear. The only way to taks or make another call ist to restart the base from the headset.

also testet with newest version. I can confirm, that we have the same situation on our 3CX installation as well not only the customer.

- Jabra Direct version (ie. 4.0.8560)
- Jabra headset model

PBX Version: 16.0.6.641

Jabra Direct Version: 4.0.8560

Thanks, I was able to replicate the problem you described.

We will see if we can improve it in a later update.

update: same after conference

any update on this?
customer is getting bored, because 40 extensions have to restart the headset after nearly every call, as they have to transfer the call...

thanks a lot

Yes, this issue should be resolved in update 7.

ok, thanks
what is the schedule for update 7?

Unknown at the moment, unfortunately I cannot provide a date

even not a month? I should know, if I have to role back the softclient or if the customer is willed to wait for the solution.

My guess is it's coming by the end of September. Final release would be somewhere in November probably.
