Hello,

We've got a number of customers all on their own 3CX servers, however one in particular is getting audio bleed from other calls on the server. For example 2001 will be talking to 2008 but 2001 can hear a call between 2003 and 2005, 2008 doesn't hear it only 2001. 2001 does have barge/listen enabled but isn't using that feature and has just made a general call to 2008, hopefully that makes sense.

The PBX is fully up to date on version 18 update 5 and is hosted on our Amazon Lightsail account. Of the 3 users that have experienced this 2 have 'PBX Delivers Audio' enabled and 1 doesn't. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a solution?

Are you using 3cx softphone or physical handsets

If handsets, how are there provisioned - stun or sbc

There any many facts that depend on the described issue here. First of all you need to ensure:
• Firewall Checker that is OK
• The machine specs: https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/
• If this is happening also for external calls
• On the mobile app, is the issue the same on WiFi and for 4G connections?

In other words you must eliminate those facts to get to the problem first.

They're using the softphones.

Hello,

- It's in Amazon Lightsail and I set it up using the 3CX setup thing so 3CX has done all the firewall configuration for me so I assume that is all correct. On the dashboard the Firewall has a green tick next to it.
- They've got 49 users and are on a Linux server with 2 CPU's and 4GB of RAM.
- No, just internal calls.
- It's the desktop softphone they're using, they have decent FTTC internet which is cabled into the computers.

So i assume the users are all in the same local network correct?
If a user is on a different network and makes an internal call, he has the same issue?

No, the person who reported it generally works from home but the call he could hear was two other users in the same office.

So the issue is isolated in the local network? Have you checked on your network level to see if there is any filtering that might causing your issue?

Hello,

No the two people in question were on completely separate networks and the 3CX server is in AWS.

I would suggest that you create a support ticket for this issue.
