We are currently experiencing an issue with audio delay coming back into 3CX,
from our measurement we are estimating that it is about 400-500ms from the time the caller (Cellular Mobile) has spoken before it is received on the handset of the phone (being the phone connected to 3CX).
Audio in the other direction is fast at 200-250ms.
This would be fine if they were both consistent but cross talking is starting to happen because
We have tested multiple SIP provides along with isolating it on a completely new network (only Phone, 3CX and SIP and new switchs), new builds (Physical/VM & Windows/Linux) to see if there is an issue with our Network/SIP Provider/Hardware but this issue exists in each of our tests.
We have also tried other phone systems but we dont experience this issue, this is the only thing keeping us from going live with 3CX.
We have been using a Yealink T46s with the 3CX provided configuration.
Has anyone experienced an issue like this and managed to fix it or is this an issue with 3CX?
Thanks
