The Saga continues
So I am looking to replace the router I think. I cant get any scans to show I have another softphone system to test and make sure its not the pi, but we are also having other wifi issues and may end up replacing it. This will be our third router in almost 3 years.
We had a Cisco RV260W that worked well, but the wifi chips are bad in them and we had to reboot the wifi hourly.
Now we have a synology RT2600ac that worked well except the range seems to be poor and it doesnt seem to handle TCP and RTP packets well. We just got a range extender thinking we would be able to fix this.
Now I am at a loss. I dont know what to do. So I need some suggestions. Ive searched the forums but I cant find much. Callcentric couldnt recommend any. If the synology was worth a damn, Id just turn it into an AP for the cisco and buy that again.
