Is there an optimal compression rate for audio files for music on hold and digital receptionist? I have custom audio files for the digital receptionist and coverted mp3 to wav files for music on hold. They sound fine on the computer, but over the phone are distorted. Sorry if any tyos as I'm typing this on my blackberry. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
