Solved Audio files crackling on new pbx

Hi,
I'm setting up a new hosted PBX in V18, hosted 3CX, all the audio file set on IVR or MOH are with crackling noises.

If I listen the files ready to be used on 3CX on my computer there is no crackling. if i set the same files on a demo pbx running on AWS lightsail in an IVR too, then no crackling.

So what can i do to get audio without these crackling?

I did listen test from App and from desphones behind SBC (location is with fiber).
(my demo pbx has an SBC on a 4G router and even with a lower bandwith sound is crystal clear)

Well it seems i found the source, it's on my LAN i get 15% audio packet lost so this is why audio is crackling.
Now I need to investigate to see if it's my pbx itself or LAN connection which generate this problem.

You can close the thread . Next time I'll need some more digging before posting.
