Audio Message Blast Using Intercom Feature

Alright, I've got a tricky one!

Is there any possibility to create what I refer to as an "audio blast"?

Meaning: could I send a pre-recorded audio message to a group of phones that will automatically play using intercom?

Sure, can't see why a CFD can't do this.

Tie it to a Digital Receptionist, all it does is send a page to all phones, play message, hang up.
