Audit log - how to know when a user logs into webclient / windows app and when he logs out

I 'm searching for an option to create a log where I can see for example when a user logs into his webclient or windows app to start the day and when he logs out the webclient per month, per week.
What are the options?

I dont think you're gonna find a native solution for that unless they log in/out a queue.
