Audit Log "Performed By" is always same user

I have enabled SSO for the global administrator role, but the Audit Log always shows the non-SSO administrator username in the "Performed By" column, rather than the SSO username. I am definitely logged into the Admin Console using SSO.

Is this normal?

Hi @Mark Phillips,

It is normal, yes. If you're logged in to the global admin account via SSO, then you are in fact the admin. If you've added an extension to the User Sign In and the same email address to the Administrator Sign in section of the SSO for Google for example, the PBX will select the highest privilege to log you in with.

Okay thanks - that makes sense. Still, it would be a nice idea to show the SSO username ;-) I'm sure that lots of 3CX installs have more than one person carrying out the global admin duties.
