Australia – Synway SMG4032‑32LT with 3CX (Cloud v20 / On‑Prem) Help

Hi all,

I’m looking for anyone in Australia who has successfully set up a Synway SMG4032‑32LT with 3CX v20, either Cloud‑hosted or on‑premise, and would be willing to help or share advice.

Setup:

• Synway SMG4032‑32LT
• 3CX v20 (Cloud or self‑hosted)
• Australian GSM/LTE SIMs
• SIP trunk integration

Goal:

• Reliable inbound & outbound GSM/LTE calls
• Correct caller ID
• Stable audio and DTMF

If anyone has this working or has experience with this gateway on 3CX, I’d really appreciate any tips or guidance. Happy to provide logs or configs if needed.
