Australianphone SIP trunk issue

Hi Team,

Appreciate your help as we have an issue with Australianphone SIP trunk when using it with 3CX Dialer it gets call connected to the system when it ringings at an external number party, seems trunk send the wrong data for call control, attached screenshots for Wireshark for sample calls have the issue.

Did you come across this.. https://www.3cx.com/docs/australian-sip-trunk/ ...it is a bit old, but nonetheless.

Parameters can be changed, if nessisary, in the outbound trunk settings. You'd have to confirm, with the provider, exactly what is incorrect.

Thanks for your reply, Trunk working fine with inbound calls and Manual outbound calls but for Dialer calls when it starts dialing the external number it transfers the call to the agent that shouldn't be correct it should wait until the external number answers the call then transfer it I post in CFD forum already and make sure that issue coming from the trunk.

If it is a matter of waiting until answer supervision, and that is not happening, then you'd have to talk to your provider about what is sent when the far end answers. You say the trunk is not sending the correct data for call control, do you mean 3CX or your provider?

Have you tried any other provider?

Not Tried with other provider but with the same provider but in manual calls, this issue not happens user dial and hear ring tone until call answered,
but in Dialer call reached the user while it's ringing on the external number and if the user answered it he hears silence only.
