Authenticztion failed

Hello

I can't call outside numbers with my grandstream 4104 and when i see the logs i have many lines of

14:22:28.433 [CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: REGISTER domain.ath.cx tid=263972584 cseq=REGISTER [email protected]:5066 / 9635 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

domain.ath.cx is my DynDNS ip

Any ideas?

Hi,

The pbx is indiacting that your credentails dont seem to match, im guessing your using this phone as an external extension. If you are convicned that your cerdentials are correct then please use an Ip rather then DynDns adress and see if it connects, if it does work please post back and I will advise the steps to follow.
